A great facility, and an awesome bunch of people. 
My main concern when joining a gym in the Ipswich area, was the people you come across when in the gym and training. I did a few trials at gyms throughout Ipswich before doing one at Bodiez, and my god, Bodiez I felt so comfortable with the people there! Everyone is just one big family. Every single person here is lovely, and you never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable no matter the training you are doing. I highly recommend Bodiez for any type of training or goal you are hoping to achieve. Great facilities, 24/7 access, great affordable price, no lock in contract!

Having a gym open 24hrs benefits my working roster. The gym facilities are well maintained. Darren (the owner/trainer) at Bodiez regularly adjusts my program to reflect my goals at no charge. There hasn’t been an occasion where the Darren cannot help out enough, he is the equivalent to Wikipedia in knowledge for training and general exercise. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting a change from their current gym or indeed a first timer.

Would 10/10 reccomend Bodiez 24/7 Fitness. It has become my second family and is defiantly one you want to be apart of! Darren is an amazing trainer, with so much knowledge, pushing you and encouraging you to reach your full potential and your goals. Not once have I felt judged or uncomfortable training, i always leave the gym feeling happy and accomplished with so much support from Darren and the other members. It is hands down the most incredible gym in Ipswich! ☺️

Felt so welcomed at Bodiez from the first day, the trainers are awesome. The gym is always clean and safe, and not full of meat head bodybuilders. As a young female the other big gyms were really daunting, but here is smaller and I didn't feel like I was out of place. Such an awesome gym, can't wait to train here for years to come x

Great gym! Great staff and the manager is very helpful and understanding of your needs. Clean and up-to date facilities. Love training here! All the members are friendly. Such a great environment to train in, judgement free and comfortable! Would highly recommend signing up!
