It was the first time I'd been to Reclaim and didn't know what to expect service-wise, but was fortunate to have Matthew Teh as my physiotherapist. Matthew soon made me feel at ease with his polite and caring manner and of course his professionalism. Over the following weeks of my treatment none of that changed. Hopefully, not too soon, but if I should need to see a physio again I would request to see Matthew. Needles to say that I highly recommend Matthew ---- Thanks Matthew.
Since coming to Reclaim, have always looked forward to my Fridays. Pilates with Hila and Exercise Physiology with Lucy has been so rewarding. Both offer a professional and friendly approach to the sessions. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.
