Hilla has helped me for the last eight months with my knee rehab and if it was not for her, I would have done a knee surgery. I am so thankful for her truthful advice, patiently taking me through the whole rehabilitation journey and trusting me to work on a daily basis. She is not only a professional but also very personal to make one feels comfortable and encouraged. She is my go to physio!!
I have been attending the clinical Pilates classes at Reclaim Health for the last three years mainly to strengthen my back and give me more strength all over and the.classes have certainly done that. My class is run by a highly qualified Physio, Hila, who keeps us on track with the exercises, explains and demonstrates the exercises when someone is struggling or has an injury whilst keeping the class motivated with a very happy and welcoming personality. I highly recommend these classes to anyone who is interested in trying them.
Hila is an amazing physio – truly patient-focused and incredibly caring. She takes the time to understand not just your physical needs but also supports you personally through your recovery. Wouldn’t find a better physio anywhere else!
have been suffering from lower back pain for many years. After a recent flare-up, I decided to try a different physio and was lucky enough to see Hila. I was in a lot of pain, but Hila immediately helped to calm me down. She created a clear plan for my recovery and was incredibly lovely and down to earth throughout the process.nThanks to her, I recovered after a few weeks and now continue to see her regularly for treatment and updates to my exercise program.nI couldn't be happier with the progress and how my back feels. I highly recommend Hila!
