Plus, the personal trainers are elite! They really know their stuff and provide personalised guidance that keeps me motivated.nnWhat I love most is the front desk team. They’re so helpful and supportive; it really makes a difference in how welcome I feel every time I walk in. Honestly, I’m always a bit nervous before I train, but this gym has turned that into excitement. It truly feels like one of the best places to work out in Brisbane! :
Great gym with friendly staff who always take the time to welcome you in. Reformer Pilates is excellent with fabulous instructors.nSpecial shout out to the kids club/crèche. They are absolute wizards with kids, especially babies! The ladies in there are all so kind and accommodating and really do genuinely love all the little people that attend. They can settle my baby to sleep when no one else can!nThe gym also has an awesome cafe that does great coffee and food. Their freshly baked cookies are 11/10
Super friendly staff, facilities are always clean, equipment is in condition, PTs sessions are professional and fun. I love The Dingeon workouts.nNot too sure what some other reviewers are banging on about!!
Definitely the best gym in the area! Good pricing, family friendly, super helpful staff and up to date renovated facilities. Tonnes of different classes and lots of equipment. Recommend this gym to anyone who needs a lot of variety in their training!
I have just finished a training session with Sophia, a PT at this gym. Totally enjoyed the environment of the gym. Everyone was so friendly. The session was awesome.
