As the others said stuff are so rude Dr Hussin does not listen to you. I told him I have tonsillitis and it was diagnosed Monday the reason I am here is they said I should notice a big difference in pain after a couple of days but it was still very painful. He tried to cut me off twice in that sentence. Checks my throat and says you have tonsillitis…. Um I know I just told you that. He never answered my question about if I should still be in a good amount of pain. The receptionist. After I waited around 5 minutes which is fine. She walks out and greets me with. Yes. Then proceeded to anger about not having new patients forms. Just go elsewhere anywhere. Your local vet would be more help
Absolutely rude staff. New patient, made my appointment. Arrived filled in all appropriate forms, only to be told after this, I needed a mask, which is fine, but I didn't have one with me was told I need to purchase the one from the chemist, only to find they only had boxes of 50 for $25.00. When I asked the receptionist why I wasn't told when I made my appointment, her response was, "I'm telling you now". Absolute terrible service
I've had two horrible experiences with this place that I had to leave a review can't believe I even went back a second time. How someone like Muhammad Hussain can be called a Doctor is incredible, honestly. I was nothing but nice, on time and did not have any unreasonable requests, yet he berated and criticized almost everything I said. I was actually so stunned to see this behavior from a Doctor it's like he'd mistaken me for someone else. I'm not surprised in the slightest to see the other bad reviews of him here, he's an absolute grub of man. Other doctors weren't bad, but not great. Just avoid this place at all costs.
The most cold, apathetic, dismissive doctors I’ve ever experienced in my life. Absolutely foul doctors male and female. Will never go back.
I really appreciate the service and this clinic still bulkbilling their patients. Pleasant experience each and every time! Thank you guys!
EDIT: 12.01.2023. You need to replace your Maori Receptionist. I had an appointment this morning and she dismissed me and spoke to me like a piece of @#it. This is now the second time with her and I will not tolerate it. Dr Muhammad Nurul Hussain was rude and asked me and my partner If we were vaccinated when I said no he got angry and threw my script on the desk. This is extremely unprofessional and I didn't go to the Drs to be judged nor questioned about my choices. This Dr should be fired.
I’ve visited Dr Hussain several times now and he is genuinely the best doctor I have seen in ages even after seeing two other doctors who couldn’t diagnose and didn’t even come closer than 2 metres to the patient. Dr Hussain was very professional, caring, focussed and explained in details and answered all my question. Will definitely recommend to everyone!!!! Thank you again! :
I'm not one for reviews but feel it's my duty to warn others. Took my very sick 4 year daughter to this practice as it was only one open on Sunday and my concern for my daughter was high. Dr Muhammad Nurul Hussain has to be the rudest, most aggressive , uncaring person I have ever come across. He talks over you, doesn't listen and has absolutely no bedside manner. Will NEVER use this practice again.
Brilliant! From the friendly girls on reception to Dr. Hussain's mellow demeanor, but professional service, I had a great experience here. I booked online which was an absolute breeze.
Worst medical centre EVER! I got rung up 5 minutes after my phone appointment time to tell me I no longer qualify for a phone appointment! Apparently, I don't qualify because I haven't been there since 2017, yet I a COVID vaccination there! Don't put your health in the hands of these duds!
