Everytime I come to the GOMA I'm absolutely impressed.nThey have a great collection which they display really well, always interestingly curated.nThe pay for exhibition was well done.nnThe stand out work of this trip was Archie Moore's Kath and kin, it was mind blowing.nA very powerful piece that really made me reflect on how the colonial justice system has completely failed our indigenous brothers and sisters and how it is seemingly incapable of adjusting.nCan't recommend highly enough.

A truly beautiful art center — every floor has its own unique character and charm! It’s also incredibly family-friendly. The children’s area was wonderful, and Clare was exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming. Her bright smile and kindness made our visit such a joyful and memorable experience. I was genuinely impressed with the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art.nnThe exhibition absolutely delivered — no disappointment at all. The scale and quality of the installations were on another level, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into creating a truly immersive experience.nnStaff were friendly, approachable, and more than happy to have a chat, which added to the overall experience.nnThis is a world-class facility and easily one of the standout attractions in Brisbane. A must-visit.

Attended on a Saturday to visit the special exhibition  of Presence by Okafur Alias's.  A few people there but no trouble getting around & enjoying the exhibition.nnPlenty of paid car parking around. Cafe on site.nnThere are a number of floors & most is free except special exhibitions. This one, Presence is worth the $30, being spread over a number of rooms some themed with mixed medium. Some really cool pieces. The lego room is also pretty good.nnGet along & have a look.

A must-visit in Brisbane! The Gallery of Modern Art offers an impressive mix of contemporary exhibitions, immersive installations, and thought-provoking pieces. The space itself is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light and a relaxing riverside atmosphere. Exhibitions are well-curated and constantly changing, so there’s always something new to see. Great spot for both art lovers and casual visitors. Highly recommended!
