I’ve had several pictures and photographs framed at the Circle Gallery this year. They’ve been presented beautifully. For instance I’m very proud of paintings done by grandchildren and a dear friend which were done there.  The service is superb. You feel listened to. As you walk into the premises there’s a very warm welcome straight away. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rob and the team.  Many thanks for a 5 star service!

My Grandaughter gave me a very precious picture she had made, and I wanted it displayed with the rough edges displayed on a black background. The framers hid the rough edges under a mount, which looked much neater, and would have been the usual way to frame the picture. Rob, the owner,  was very apologetic, immediately offered to reframe the picture and could not do enough to put the matter right. It was an absolute pleasure to have such a considerate owner, who was not happy until I was happy with the final result, which I am. I am awarding the Circle Gallery five stars because of the excellent customer service and their immediate response to re-make the frame and then Rob delivered the picture to my home. A thoroughly lovely gentleman who really puts his customers first. Thank you, Rob.

Took my signed Lowry print to The Circle Gallery to get it reframed from the 50 year old original frame. After much advice it was reframed using museum glass and the frame suggested. On collecting the print just looks amazing and the museum glass simply brings the print alive. So grateful for all the advice and the best quality frame.

Just wanted to say thank you for another excellent frame. The choice of frames/mounts and advice is brilliant. Pleasure to deal with and will definitely be using again.

Rob at Circle gallery put some magic into a canvas we wanted framed. Really great advise, followed by fantastic workmanship, topped off by the perfect result!!! Rob also repaired an old frame that incurred some damage over time, now looks perfect. Thank you team Circle Gallery!!

I have used The Circle Gallery over the past five years for a number of reframing of pictures.  The service is first class, so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, all advice given with a cheerful smile.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I have been getting my pictures framed at the Circle Gallery and formerly David Pitfield Framing for decades.  My home is full of their work!  Rob and the team always take the time to suggest great frame/mount combinations that make whatever I want framed look amazing. Their standard of workmanship is excellent and the customer service is faultless.  Just had two pictures mounted and framed and I am so pleased with the results. They have also just refreshed the mount on an old pic and it looks really fab. Thanks so much!

Always so disappointing when you use a business for the first time and the customer service is non existent, the minute something goes wrong…. I took a limited edition print into The Circle Gallery for framing, but they managed to lose the Certificate of Authenticity that I gave them, with the print… I phoned and visited the shop half a dozen times over the 10 days of chasing…waiting for them to simply phone the artist’s website and request a replacement certificate in the post… not difficult… on my final visit in the store manager was rude and “had had enough of me chasing” ! After paying a pretty penny for the framing service.. I’d have expected at least an apology and the decency of a call back from my phone calls to him.  I took my framed print home and contacted the artist directly.. of which I received the certificate within 3 days in the post! Not difficult… hilariously, I then get a call from the framing shop saying they’ve found it !   It goes without saying that I won’t be using The Circle Gallery again! Complete waste of my time throughout. Shame!

Had a superb custom frame made for a client of ours, fantastic advice, service and quality product from the team there. It's also a really lovely little shop with loads of great gifts.

Circle Gallery found me the most perfect equestrian picture which I've had hanging on my wall for the last 12 months and gives me great joy. I've also had 2 pictures framed and have been delighted with the results. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and their service is excellent. Wishing the gallery best wishes and hope that you're able to reopen in the not too distant future.
