My son purchased a brand new D-Max in December 2023 and after a couple of weeks the Sun visors did not work, after several phone calls and follow ups the issue was finally repaired with under warranty.nNow the same issue has happened again and once again several phone calls have been left for someone to call him back to discuss this problem and once again no phone call.nVery disappointing after service by Izuzu , when this is clearly a problem with the visors that could be easily fixed.
The last straw.nnI have been getting my Isuzu Ute serviced here at Gold Coast Isuzu Ute from new in early 2022 and am yet to have a good experience with the service team. The service manager is the rudest person I’ve had to deal with at a car dealership, he has absolutely zero respect for customers and has lied numerous times. To top it off, this week I had a new tailgate installed as my original one was damaged during a service and I noticed numerous chips along the bottom of the tailgate see photos and the car was handed to me in an appalling state, with dirty finger marks on the drivers door see photos.nnAs many other reviews say, I reckon it’s about time you look at moving the current service manager along because the customer service here is disgusting.nn* all photos taken in customer parking bay at Gold Coast Isuzu Ute 2:11pm upon pickup *
The staff here are great. They remember me so they know who I am each time I go there to the service department section. It's a nice feeling when you can walk into a place of business and the staff remember you and your vehicle when they see many different people and many different Isuzu vehicles daily
Excellent customer service, could not praise gold coast Isuzu Ute enough. Very helpful, service done to a T and future service info given, loan car was great also, Thanks.
