They accepted the product back and gave me a different product to my satisfaction..... good job godfrey's team hervey bay! The previous vacuum lasted 7 yrs. In this day and age that is a good effort.

These people don't give you your money back when you want to return goods, They give you false information on their products and will not refund you when you not satisfied Don't go anywhere near them.
