Went shopping for a new reel today and the team was more than helpful. Initially I was waiting for some time to get some help at the reel section as the team was busy. Once the team had realised I was there waiting for a while they quickly sent someone over to help me out. The fella who helped me was most helpful. We picked out the most suited reel for me and he even found the best price match without me asking and saved me a good $50 on the reel. Out of all the BCF I went to, this one by far had the best service.
Mathew was a fantastic help. I purchased a Weber Q2000 with a stand. Mathew looked online for me and matched the best price possible. He even made me a fresh cappuccino. Awesome service thank you BCF

Went to this store today to return a Christmas gift that had been doubled up onnThe staff member Saxon was so friendly helpful and went above and beyond to do the refund and also price match the item i wanted but didn’t plan to get today as it wasn’t on sale like it had been a week of two agonBest customer service we have come across in a long time
Great new large store but did not find many on floor staff. That was my only concern otherwise huge range and lovely new store.
