I'm sad to say that whilst the customer service was very good, the standard of workmanship the first time round was, to be honest, wasn't too crash hot. Our Ford Fiesta came off second best after an argument with the tap in the front yard resulted in the front spoiler /bumper literally being ripped off and left hanging from the passenger side. The insurance company allowed me to choose my repairer and as Woods are on the same road I live on, I figured they'd be handy. I should have checked the reviews because when I got the car home and had a chance to look at the repair job, I found that there was gap between the spoiler and the front quarter panels on both sides which ranged from around 2mm to 4 or so mm, and there were also gaps around the skirting at the bottom of the spoiler. Also, as the lower fog light on the driver's side had been ripped apart, the lens was smashed and the wiring was ripped out of the back of it, and they had put the same, smashed fog light assembly back into the new spoiler. Anyway, I took it back to them and they had it for another 4 days and fixed it properly the second time round. It does look really good and I'm happy with the job done. I would like to say that it wasn't all bad though. The staff were nice and the apology was sincere. Also, I had a smashed rear view mirror on the passenger side, it had been taken out by someone hitting it one day. I had purchased the parts online myself, as electrically it was fine. Trouble is, the cover came un-painted, so when I put the car in I asked if they'd be able to paint the cover for me. They said that'd be no problem and told me if I'd like to bring the rest of the parts up, they'd put it all together for me as well, and they did that for free, so I am very grateful for their help with that. As I said. They were very apologetic. Hopefully they will try and lift their game a bit.

Bad communication and service, my insurance sent our car to be repaired here, replaced new front bumper bar but did not align properly and some clips were missing, rang them up twice and said they would get it sorted once the new clips arrived, 6 months later still haven't heard back from them. Avoid at all cost.

Terrible service. My partner's insurance decided to use go rapid to sort his car out after someone else caused an accident. Things kept going wrong, a massive lack in communication and didn't do the job correct in the first place, had to go back and took 7 weeks to replace a bull bar. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional.

If I could give a negative number I would - DO NOT go anywhere near these guys. I was sent to GoRapid by my insurance company but they couldn't repair my car after two attempts and over two weeks in the shop.  This was no big repair either - small damage to the back of my car where I backed into another car. Jarrod was the guy I dealt with and he was aggressive and confrontational. Bad customer service and from what I've been told from my new repairer they do thinks on the cheap.

Given my recent experience with thier late delivery and customer service. I will never go back there again. I feel totally disgusted by  the way my repair was handled and being messed around with the stated return time.
