I initially took my van to another mechanic that couldn't find the fault. Then I called Boris and he diagnosed the issue just by listening to it over the phone. Within a few days he had it in his shop, fixed and saved me a lot of money considering it was a big job. I will only take my van to Volkscare from now on.
