Bertlex Motors was opened in 1973 by Bob Riggall and passed on to his son Greg in 1994. Greg is a VACC A-Grade automobile engineer. Since taking over from his father, Greg has ensured the the high standard of workmanship and friendly service of Bertlex Motors has been upheld. Our team of mechanics share in over 50 years' combined experience and have the tools and equipment to repair all makes and models. I don't have my 4wd serviced here anymore because he was ripping me off when i had my lpg seviced. He was charging me $20 per filter when i can buy them from most auto stores for $8 each. I also had another power steering rack put in and charged me like a wounded bull about $600 dollars later. Some years later the rack failed i bought another one had pedders put it in and literally cost me half that.Also at one stage my lpg system was playing up i knew it was a electrical fault in the system. I took it back to this place more than 6 times and they could never find the fault. I gave up in the end and took it to all power in Bayswater,they found the fault that day. Problem solved.
