I bought an item from another store which I kept in my bag as i entered. The item set off the alarm but no one came to address me as I waited. I simply came to ask if they had a product in stock- they didn't so I walked out after telling the staff that the alarm went off as I entered. The alarm went off again and a different staff memeber ran to me and demanded that i opened my bag, in a loud and condescending manner. All other customers near the enterence stared at me and i was incredibly embarrassed.

Very helpful staff and attentive, always offering to help me find sizes. I was helped by a young girl at around 1pm on Wednesday 25th Oct, she was awesome, and served by a guy at the counter who was also very friendly and informed me about the 10% off student discount for my purchase.

I had a bad experience yesterday. the manager was super rude and barely talked to us, I have received an email with everything on 30% no exclusions. I go to the shop and the manager goes yeah everything except for Nike and Adidas.

Staff are amazing. Atmosphere is great. Clothes are well overpriced. I am usually fair about price but the quality I have recived as of late is less than poor. $200 jeans starting to frey at the seam. Shirts are not made like the used to be easy tears. Buttons falling off button ups. Bag straps coming away from the bag. I contacted the store and they couldnt help. This has only been happening since the last year. Used to be the #1 store. Now I am somewhat hesetant to shop here. 4 stars out of loyalty.
