The worst customer service ever experienced in Australia. The lady who seemed to be also the owner was extremely rude. Not recommended at all.

I went to Liverpool to buy our outfits for my cousins engagement party with a bollywood theme. Since there are no shops in Port Macquarie that sells traditional Indian outfits we decided to shop in Liverpool. Roopam was the first shop we visited . My mum and I tried a couple of outfits. I was happy with what I tried and I was going to buy my outfits from Roopam. My mum wasn't sure about hers and said if we could go and visit a couple of other shops to see whats available before finalizing her purchase. I was still looking around in Roopam before paying and my mum went to ask the sales person at the counter if she could hold her outfit for an hour. The sales person got so aggressive and said to my mum why did you try the outfits if you don't want to buy them and threw the outfit to the side counter. I have never experienced anything this appalling. A simple sorry we do not hold items would have been fine in case she didn't buy it and the outfit being on hold for an hour might have lost them a prospective sale. Regardless, one will try any outfit to see whether it looks good and fits well before buying. Unfortunately my experience shopping at Roopam Liverpool left a very sour taste in my mouth and I will never recommend Roopam Liverpool to my family and friends as I feel this shop only cares about the dollars. Though my sale would have been only $350 on that day and possibly mums purchase from Roopam which is not much but they lost a sale that day from me and all future sales from us. In any business customer service and looking after your customers should be number one priority and not only about the sale but building strong relationships with your customers. I have a business in Port Macquarie and I would never treat my customers the way we were treated.

DO NOT GO THERE. They have worst customer service. The customer service lady is so rude (maybe she is the owner). She does not know how to speak someone. I was asking her that, I have found same product like your one from other shop. Can you please make it same price like other shop.it was $20 expensive. She was telling me to buy from that shop. And her voice and face was very rude. They will insult you in many ways. If you respect yourself... DO NOT GO THERE.

Don't go there 😡 I just bought Salwar kamiz from there yesterday n I just went to the shop today to ask her (maybe the shop owner) if I can return the kamiz n buy Saree instead. She said no coz it's from the sale item can't return not in our policy to return sale items. Very rude to customers. I will recommend my friends n families not to shop there. They only think about themselves not customers....

Staff were extremely rude and accusational when I attempted to return a faulty product that had never been worn. I do not recommend you go here unless you like to be accused of just wanting money and like being completely disregarded by staff who obviously know nothing about consumer law.
