I bought my partner some clothes for Xmas and everything looked great. The jeans were too small so these were exchanged which was a quick and easy process. Great system and really fast shipping! Will definitely be back :
Had to return an item bought online due to sizing issues. The staff was really helpful and friendly despite asking for different sizes quite a few times. They also have a great collection to choose from, definitely one of the best places to shop at.

Clothes are cheap. In every sense. Everything I have bought here as been really bad quality. Threads coming off, buttons coming loose. Wouldnt recommend and won't but again. It's a shame because the designs are cool, but they are pretty much single use clothes.
great stuff if you only want to wear it once. expect the stitching on anything ACME to only be a suggestion of stitching and prepare for it to fall apart promptly upon wearing. forever 21 clothes last longer and are half the price. staff could use some friendly pills too btw. felt like we were asking them to drive around the block to pick up an extra size. the store is 5 meters long you'll make it i promise.
Boutique style store with fantastic clothes, but one of the staff members is very rude with customers and coworkers though. Watched her serve people with a language barrier and was disgusted by her demeanor towards them, hence the changed rating. Buy online if possible
most comfortable jeans ive ever bought and for a good price. Bought two pairs of jeans from here 2yrs ago and they are still going strong. Alot better then alot of the big names.
Unfortunately this store is lacking after visiting the branches in Adelaide and Melbourne. A bit smaller and cramped. Still very good products. The staff were friendly.
Fast delivery and the quality is always great. Love shopping here, especially their winter knits!!!
