yd $89 shirts’s quality Can’t believe just try on for a few minutes the sleeve like this.
One of the guys in the store kept insisting that I buy 7 shirts so that I would get a discount. When I made it clear I was only going to buy 2, he took the shirts I had handed to him and threw them on the counter. Quite shocking to see such aggression and intimidation against customers.
The worst thing I ever seen. Nothing on their place. Full price shirts on sale section with big 50% discount at top and price in huge fonts underneath. Young boy and girl were opening arrival packs without any attention to customer. Not at all. I picked 4 pieces about 100$ but the girl that looks like she doing my extra orders just said 200 and when saw my surprise, started to make me understand what is what and obviously was enjoying blaming me which I take them from wrong shelf. She just chuck them to a side and returned to the boxes. I couldn't believe this much rude they blame customer for the shop's mistake then ignoring like that. So I asked them to check where I took my items. At that time the guy said yeah number of items here are in wrong place and they are full price. Then he started to fix their place when I took a couple of shots from the shelves. I said this is wrong and you treating customer not good at all. I'm deserve to got some discount as your mistake made this many arguments. I said your boss will be unhappy when read my review why you didn't cover your mistake with a little discount just to show you accepting the mistake from your end. He surprised me again when he said the boss put them there and we can't do anything... But it wasn't right as they were doing things... Yeah they were fixing the shelves their boss made there to waste customer times on the shops and with writing such a review also unhappy and upset from all of these. For sure I'll not only never returning to this store, never shopping this yd brand...
Hands down, one of the best customer services i've ever experienced. Store manager, Eddy, was reliable yet always got the job done quickly. With amazing customer service and store environment, I'm sure that yd Market City will be my "go-to" yd store. Once again, I would like to thank Eddy for his hard work! Make sure to see Eddy for amazing customer service.
Daniella was amazing in helping me select new shirts.. I’m pretty fussy & it was no problem to try on several shirts for size. I really appreciated her genuine opinion & focus on helping me out. I’ll be back for more clothes soon & maybe a linen shirt Thanks Daniella!
This is a clearing shop, they sell the same clothes in other shops around Sydney for a hell of a lot more but you can find them here at really cheap prices. There are two other clearing shops close by so for guys is perfect. I have brought a number of shirts here.
Had an over the moon customer service experience from a fellow yd. associate named Sitara. Really helped me decide on an outfit for an important event and provided both a great service and knowledgeable clothing recommendations. Thanks heaps, Sitara!
Got a belt here and broke at my first attempt to put it on,took it back but got told ”no refund or exchange because it broke at my end you must pull it really really hard ” and the worst attitude.
Been waiting here since 9.45am on Saturday to pick up items. It’s now almost 11am with no signs of life in store. Every other store is open and trading on a busy Saturday yet YD is shut, closed and with zero intent on opening. No reason neither or signs to advise why they are late. I work as a manager and I would be so furious with my staff if my shop wasn’t ready to go at least 15-10 minutes before trade. Totally unacceptable for a large brand.
