Love the Uniqlo in Sydney CBD MidCity Centre amazing location, super convenient, and always well-organised. They have a great variety of clothes for all seasons, and everything is neat and easy to find. Staff are friendly and helpful too. One of my favourite Uniqlo stores in Sydney!
The store is no doubt amazing with their products and all of the basics and its quality is simply incredible. What truly impressed me was how warm and helpful every staff was in the store. Particularly Ruby went out of her way to coordinate alterations for me when I only had an hour to spare for alteration. She even hunted me down by politely calling out to help me with pinning for alteration when she momentarily had to step away to take care of other customers.
Uniqlo has long been a go-to brand for affordable, everyday clothing for all ages and genders. Their variety of stylish yet practical pieces and monthly clothing updates make it easy to find something new every time you visit. Plus, their weekly discounts are a great bonus for budget-conscious shoppers.nnHowever, one significant downside that I’ve noticed recently is their customer service. A few years ago, Uniqlo’s customer service felt like an extension of the brand’s Japanese roots—warm, polite, and attentive. Staff would greet customers with a smile and a welcoming attitude, creating a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, this has drastically changed. These days, it feels like customer service is no longer a priority. The staff often appear indifferent, and the lack of basic courtesies like greetings or smiles is disappointing.nnIt seems that there’s been a shift in management, and the focus on customer care has taken a backseat. While the product selection remains strong, the decline in service has taken away some of the charm that made Uniqlo stand out in the first place.nnOverall, while the clothing remains great, I hope Uniqlo considers bringing back the level of customer care they were once known for—it would truly elevate the shopping experience once again.
Really disappointed at what is being sold. Completely overrated clothing. I'm really sad to see the cheapskate quality of clothing on sale here. It never used to be that way. It used to be so easy to buy basic high quality sweatshirts and t-shirts - but not anymore. Sweatshirts are almost non-existent and what t-shirts there are are mostly polyester. But if you want sweatpants then there's enough to last you a lifetime.nThe staff perhaps lack etiquette. They think nothing of barging in front of customers to do their work.nBut don't worry there are plenty of sweatpants!
Fantastic selection of clothes, the shop is really nice and all of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Always great value for super quality clothes in Uniqlo. Sadly no stores in New Zealand, so had to make a stop here when visiting Sydney!
