Well staffed and quite clean and organised. The clothing is of good quality and I love their puffy jackets. It’s really nice to come here when there are sales due to the cheap prices. Lines are long, but move along really fast. Definitely worth visiting next Boxing Day.

Great shop for quality basic items of clothing. There's always something new there and plenty of staples to choose from. Plenty of fitting rooms with many staff members present to keep it as efficient as possible. Staff members are also friendly and helpful as well

Shame! Shame! Shame! When returning items for a refund, (pants and T-shirt still had the size label on leg of pants and sleeve of shirt), Employee who I was informed was 'A' Supervisor proceeded to scrutinise the garments inside/out. Not content with details on labels inside clothing matched details on receipt and price tags, she began to sniff, not once but numerous times along the leg of pants and sleeve of T. I was absolutely horrified, humiliated and embarrassed, so degrading to stand and watch a staff member sniff cloths with other customers waiting in a queue! When asked what was she doing, 'Oh I am checking to see if they have been worn'. Manager was then called, he made the executive decision I could not receive a full refund because I had cut tags off. Really! Uniglo Refund policy is very clear on their receipts and I met their criteria. Next day when I phoned for names of Supervisor and Manager I questioned their positions, Supervisor was a 'a Supervisor of sorts', Manager, well he also was 'a supervisor of sorts' what about when he made the executive decision to refuse refund, oh no he was 'manager on that day, a supervisor of sorts'. They were his words, not mine. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I was treated like a criminal! Perhaps Uniglo should practice what they preach, provide training for their staff and employ sniffer dogs, at least it would not be so degrading to customers to have a sniffer dog sniff cloths! Shame on you Uniglo, Shame! Shame!

Got a great collection of clothings, for both men and women. Good customer service. Little bit pricy but overall it's average.

Overcrowded time to time. Good quality products and reasonable prices. Some staff members are quite nice too. Location is nice.
