Pay to enter $21 national park entry per adult valid for full day. Beautiful area to walk about and the Gloucester tree is spectacular! Only climb if you're not scared of heights! Also the ladder is slippery when wet.

Climbing up the Gloucester Tree is something remarkable. It is not physically difficult, but especially top part can stop even someone who is not afraid of heights.

Climbing the Gloucester Tree: I have a pretty good head for heights but have to confess to having a bit of anxiety on the upper half of the climb. Great sense of achievement when we got to the top. The climb down felt easier. Slow and steady does it!

Gets better with every visit. Needs BBQs and be allowed to feed the birds. Beautiful setting today.,
