I think they could have made my experience better. Thinking of Gloria Jean's brings a premium and branded feeling into the mind. Of course, I was expecting a great deal of service, serving crockery and food quality. 1. Most of the tables were not wiped off after the last person had left - still had crumbs left on the tables. 2. The plate I was served banana bread in had an edge chipped off. The local coffee shop, which is not even a brand wouldn't even use that crockery for serving see photo for reference. 3. No serviettes/napkins were served - had to get up and grab couple from them. 4. No issues with the food, hence 2 stars. Wasn't very special but I didn't find anything wrong.
The most expensive caramel latte !!!! Do not buy anything here it's extremely disappointing to pay 6.20 for a camel latte and receive anything but!!! This is a place I will never come back to!!!!!Food: 1/5
Arrogant and difficult asian lady business owner. I ordered salted caramel chiller that should have whipped cream on top as shown on the poster but they charged me 50cents extra for the cream and this old asian lady said in a annoyed tone "we don't have anymore cream today." This happens everytime I come here. I took my money and left. Wouldn't recommend this place because you don't want your mood ruined early in the morning.
Didn’t expect much from this place but it managed to ruin even my lowest expectations. Food is so stale even the cheesecake that you could use it as a hummer for nails. The Asian lady is super unfriendly. I’ll be steering clear form this place from now on. 3/10 only because it was generally clean inside.
I ordered an ice long black but the coffee taste is very light just like I paid for water.

The sympathy of the attendant was terrible , I order a cappuccino and asked about with milk she have she said I don’t have any milk I asked again how you gonna make cappuccino without milk ? I’d like oat milk .
Great coffee and friendly staff most of the time. Haven't really tried the food at this coffee shop so I can't really compare. Location is convenient and they are open from 7am! Great for my coffee fix!
I ordered iced longblack and ham&cheese sandwich, These are delicious and the barista is very kind.
The worst coffe in my life. The milk it's born and it's more expansive than the quality.
