Coffee is consistent, service friendly. They are very busy at times but customer flow through is good.
Asked for caramel latte 1 sugar and got caramel latte no sugar. Latte was good though.
Doesn’t make my order properly and correctly multiple times. Poor customer service
I go here usually a few times a week. Had a problem with my drink not tasting right, today. The staff were awesome and remade it quickly without any issue.
Love their casual attitude to customers, polite service. Fast clean and tidy by staff. Good coffee.
U need to do something about smokers in ur cafe
I hated the customer service here, they're rude, they have poor product knowledge, and poor english communication.. I wanted the iced chai latte and she gave me the hot one instead.. they didn't even apologize fir that and made me pay the extra... I don't recommend this area's gloria jean's
