Well came here in the morning for a fresh “ Vanilla Chiller” but the attitude of a female staff didn’t make me feel “chill” at all. I knew she is Vietnamese so I made an order in Vietnamese, she refused to answer in Vietnamese and continued to speak in English, which is undebatable except the words out from her tongue are so rude “ that’s it?”, “what’s your name?” with an annoyed face. sometimes these words are said by another sellers, who have limited English but made me happy, because of their happy faces. This young female staff definitely know how to speak English in an polite way but refused to use it to customers. The “Vanilla chiller” is supposed to come with cream on top. But I didn’t see any cream on top, my bf came to her and ask for cream. Second time STILL WITH AN ANNOYED FACE like we did something wrong to her. We didn’t notice the small sign “No cream today” and what she did is just simply point the finger to the sign. Please if you feel tired, ask your boss to off from work, don’t come to work with that attitude, I own you nothing and ask for nothing except paying money for a regular, standard drink served with a “standard attitude”. It’s so annoyed when you are planning to start the day with a fresh drink and get treated this way. Thank you for spending time reading my review, hope you improve your customer service!!!
The coffee is okay here if you need a caffeine hit there aren't many options in Cabramatta. I recommend you at least try one of the many iced coffees they have available.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. We brought our small dachshund and friends to have a nice coffee. We were outside and did not enter with the store with our dog. The supposed boss came out and yelled at us. He could have nicely told us to leave, which we would of. There are plenty of dogs in Cabramatta. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING HOW WE WERE TREATED. This store does not represent the standard Gloria Jeans etiquette and values.
If you are in cabramatta then you can't complain about the noise and loud conversation inside the cafe. Great service by the barista and the manager and great coffee. However, the staff can do better job at cleaning the cafe rather than letting the cups and messy table lie unattended.
Contrary to other reviews I found the service pretty good, young guy explained the differences in the drinks, ended up going with a flat white. Yeah Na!!! Not good, very bitter.
Not bad though not very many places to sit and relax, usually extremely busy so depending on how busy they are depends upon the quality of your coffee, last time we went the white chocolate mochas were amazing but the time before that not so much. But all in all not bad
Excellent customer service! Very friendly and always greet customers with a big smile. Michael is my favourite barista at Cabramatta and Elton is my second favourite :
Been here many times since moving to Cabramatra. Today we purchased hot chocolate and two caps. They were Luke warm, we took the two caps back to explain they are not even hot, and they proceeded to say to us that we have to ask for it to be hot. NO!! We don't want it scorching hot. We just want a normal hot coffee you get from anywhere. I had to jump up and say something. Not impressed with the customer service or coffee making today. Disappointed!!!!! I'm not here to educate you on how to make a normal coffee.... I get if I want it extremely hot I have to request it.
Very busy but customer service was good and friendly
This establishment has unfortunately gone downhill. Today I ordered a coffee and waited ~5-10 minutes but noticed nobody had begun making the coffee. Mind you, there was no line to order and it was not busy. I then had to notify the staff that they had forgotten to start my order. There was no apology and the girl who took my order asked the man in the back to start making my coffee. The man in the back was organising rubbish to be taken out and did not wash his hands before touching the coffee machine. The staff lacks professionalism and manners.
