Got the drink done wrong. 9pm I ordered a large brown sugar FM through Uber eats and when I’d asked for no pearls specifically but when I got it 30mins later It had pearls Obviously not a major deal breaker but I placed no pearls out of preference which is indeed annoying.
Shop owner, pls consider this as an advice, if your staff hate their job, just let them go, for the sake of your business. I was pick up orders at the shop Thursday night around 9:45, their attitude was just so wrong. I even had to come back because they forgot straws for the big order, and when I asked, the girl there even gave me a dead fish look, threw straws in the bag then walked away without a word. Or in case the lady who served me, if you are actually the one in charge, learn how to run your biz, Cabramatta doesn't lack of a milk tea store LoL
My partner and I ordered drinks at this Chatime store and I never leave reviews to places but this girl left an attitude to us : We just wanted warm drinks and at the end we tried to get straws but they had dust and lint on the bottom. We didn’t want those dusty straws so this kind lady went to grab us some from Gong Cha close to the store. The hot taro milk tea was super dooper hot to the point where the tapioca pearls have been smothered into tapioca chunks that were so soft you could crush them between your tongue and the roof of your mouth.

The girl with 2 braids that served me around 7:40pm on 18/07/2022 today was so rude, I ordered 2 cups of boba tea for my sister and there’s a lot people were behind us but they got to be served first. There were 3 girls working at the time and after all of the people came after us left they started to making my sister her boba tea. I remembered one of them even said that she didn’t wanna make the taro boba tea for my sister. Then after theyd done making my sister her drink they just left the drink there and didn’t even bother to hand it out to her. Eventually when my sister got her taro boba tea, we were so disappointed with the taste of it, the drink was too sweet with lots of ice and it’s just so disgusting to be honest
The new yoghurt drink is amazing! Its even better than the one at the city. Good job Chatime! Also, I didn’t know they accept reusable cup here LOL I’ll come back to save the environment
great customer service, they were kind and seemed cheerful. was fast with making our drinks and tasted delicious
There are only 3 drinks I love at Chatime - Taro Milk Tea, Matcha Milk tea and Thai milk tea. Sometimes with perls sometimes without. There is usually a line during the lunch and dinner hours. The friendly staff are very efficient. Usually come here 3 times a week. My membership card has over $100 worth of points. I also got my free birthday drink thank you so much chatime.
What an excellent place. My boyfriend and I went for drinks and stumbled across Chatime by chance. Shop is small but they spin out the drinks super fast. Drinks was just right.
