Bad experience from the young guy at counter. Planned to have simple dessert there since they have a few tables. Asked to put the cakes on plates but not available. Only can put in box. No cutleries as well. So fed up. Finally decided to bring home. The cakes are dry. Lousy quality. Will never go again. Wasted my time and effort. Spoilt my mood too. Why call yourself a cafe???????
The staff was very friendly and she offered to make a completely new cake based on my design and tastes. The cake was also made very quickly, it only took about 15 minutes. The taste of the custom taro cake I ordered was very good as well. Overall good customer service and great taste.
I bought a birthday cake from here tonight, after dinner we tried to cut the cake and it was frozen in the centre. The plastic knife and sporks they gave me with the cake were completely useless to us. We were pretty disappointed, the parts of the cake that was defrosted was dry. I can't remember feeling more cheated.
The young girl serving at the counter was really passive aggressive and rude. I came here on a late Sunday evening looking for some sweets. Someone needs to put her bad attitude in line. Macaroons too sweet and the flavours aren't distinguishable. They're all just sugar flavoured. Cake at the end of the day was sad and seems like it's been out for days. Is the front cake display even refrigerated? I once ordered uber eats and my order was all wrong and sweet breads were stale. I only gave it another chance because I really love the store in the city. Appalling behaviour from staff from this Cabramatta store and sweets are mediocre. Never coming back here again.
I only come here for the milk tea. Milk tea is good but when I wait in line like everyone else and when it comes to my turn, the young lady takes my order and I pay. She then serves everyone else after me before she makes my order. It takes her no more then 30 seconds to make my order but takes her 10 mins to serve everyone else. She's done this three times and when I asked her about she could not comprehend how she was wrong. Also old lady is very rude. Sounds like alot of people have received bad service aswell.
Went in to the shop to buy few things an when I was about to pay cockroach drop down from the roof an land on the counter fully turned me off left the stuff an walked away would never ever go there
Don’t expect any customer service here. The old lady not sure if she is the owner doesn’t even welcome or smile at customer, no thank you whatsoever. Also when she put the bread inside the bag, the bag doesn’t cover the whole bread left an inch of bread laying on the bench considering it’s Covid. No hygiene awareness. Definitely not coming back.
