Have been coming here for years. Always great staff and great service but you can't use your loyalty card anymore. That issue must be addressed.

Just popped in yestoday for the first time and was very impressed,  great service delivered by friendly and obliging staff. The coffee was quick and lovely! Brilliant job GJ

Very Friendly staff. May need some more training though as they seem to make long Maciattos and long blacks the same. &lt;- I know that sentence sounds wanky but these are actually different types of coffee.

Staff don't bring your drinks to your table which I found a bit rude and dangerous if it's filled to the brim. Staff are on their phones if they're not serving you which is a little unprofessional.

Filthy! Rundown! Place haven't been refurbished since ive been here 4 years ago the coushes vinyl it in horrid condition and only covering it up with a blank.

Great staff, place could do with a re-fit.
