TERRIBLE COMPANY. They sent me 2 septum rings I ordered that were advertised as surgical steel, both were rodium plated cheap metal, with flaws all over them. When I emailed to complain and return them, with photos, they refused and ignored me. Do not buy from this place. Saying that because I opened the bag means they cannot be returned is irrelevant. If I had simply changed my mind, then your returns policy would be valid BUT you have sold me faulty, low quality, flawed jewellery, which you should replace or refund. You have incredibly poor customer service and you have outright refused to help from the start though you were supplied photos showing the faults in the product when they arrived.
Dishonest owner. I bought 2 pairs of earrings and they were good. Then my husband bought me some pearl earrings and one of them had a chip. They said all earrings are checked and it would probably be a natural defect and to send them back at our own cost. The tone of the email made me suspicious that they'd just say they were fine and I'd have to pay another fee to get them back, so we decided to wear the cost. My husband placed feedback and the owner outright lied the earrings had been worn. So we were correct in our assumption they'd be dishonest if we sent them back. Your lack of empathy about our situation during Cyclone Gabrielle where we didn't even have internet or phone access, let alone power meaning I couldn't get in touch right away after Valentines Day to email you about this, is frankly appalling. Avoid this store. ETA: The heat seal wasn't broken, I opened the top of the bag so I could take a photo as proof, besides, the colour and style was fine, it was the chip that was the issue. And you can't just state on your website that you won't follow the law if an item is faulty when it's opened. In NZ, you have to legally replace or repair an item that's not fit for purpose. You already said you wouldn't replace it if it was chipped or scratched, so why would we send it back to you?

I ordered a product which was out of stock and Customer Service reached out straight away and fixed issue with great recommendations and also very lovely and helpful. would for sure recommend supporting this business!
This is the rating for the Sylvia Park stand, leaving it here seeing as there’s no way for me to review them separately as yet. If you’re looking to have staff ignore and avoid eye contact with you so they can flick through TikTok’s and enjoy their salad, this is the place to be. Visited Friday 18/11/22 in the hope of purchasing an orbital conch ring and a few other pieces only to be ignored by the assistant rostered on that day. Wouldn’t recommend people visit here if you’re expecting quality customer service.
Purchased pearl earrings for my wife for valentines day. Though the price was good, one of the pearls arrived with what appears to be a chip on the surface, which is quite noticeable and spoils the appearance. Upon querying the issue and the returns policy with the business, they responded with "...due to the natural characteristics of freshwater pearls, their surface is easily scratched and chipped, and it is not a faulty item." It is possible it's a natural blemish, but in that case the quality control is clearly poor. They are probably in breach of consumer rights if it is a chip, as that's essentially faulty goods, and they're still trying to say we don't have a right to replacement. Given the poor customer service here, I recommend against shopping online with this business, and carefully inspecting anything you buy in person. Update in response: The earrings were purchased in advance of valentines day, and are still unused, so the claim about them being used is false. It has taken 11 extra days to write this review because we're in Napier and were hit by cyclone Gabrielle. Since the defect is with a pearl, and the returns policy indicates that such a defect is not considered to be a fault, there's no point us spending money on postage sending it back.
Such bad customer service! The asian lady was so rude & I told her she has really bad customer service. First she was sitting there in the corner completing ignoring customers, I asked her to come around and help me. She was rolling her eyes at me when I asked her where the sterling silver necklaces were placed. I told her she has bad customer service & she put the jewellery away and yelled at me saying “THEN DONT SHOP HERE” & I said “no, I want to buy this necklace”, she walked off saying “IM NOT SERVING YOU”. I was absolutely disgusted in the customer service & I would never recommend anybody going to this place. The owner needs to check their staff out & have some customer service training held in place lol.
I havent been in store YET but I ordered online yesterday at 9am and have them in my letter box 11am today, AMAZING!! Emails with all the updates and a breeze to order online, poducts look great and exactly like listed on the website. I am one happy customer and next time I am in Manukau I will defiantly be checking out the store. Thanks so mich Glitters!
Thanks for calling me ‘dishonest’. Terrible service to assume and imply a paying customer was acting under ‘dishonest behaviour’ when the shipping options on the website aren’t very clear, especially when you check out with shop pay.
