Very helpful and great service from both Jacob and Bolly , needed my new watch re-adjusted 5 times, which they were both perfectly happy to make sure the watch fitted nicely. Extremely happy with the product as well, been looking for a watch since mid 2022 and decided on this watch nearly immediately after noticing it.
Great customer service, great assistance with what I needed. Helped and explained the problem with my Watch and insisted on switching it out within a few minutes. Awesome. Manukau Watch Station.
Maybe you should consider updating your opening hours to say you now close at 5:15pm instead of 5:30pm instead of clearly making up a time to get people out of the shop?
Muni was an awesome server to us, he understood what we were after and guided us politely to the right watch. Amazing service will definitely come back again.
Lied and told me they close at 5:15pm when I got there at 5:18pm. Lost a sale.
