My niece had her first ear piercings here at the age of 1 and 15 years later, we revisited for her second ear piercings. I have to say the service was fabulous then and now! The staff gave really good advise and ensured we had time to make sure we were happy with the markings beforehand. I also got my nose pierced! Super delighted with the outcomes! Patient, helpful, genuine staff. I highly recommend them.
We had one of the best experiences here at Sona Sansaar picking our wedding bands. This wouldn’t have been possible without Nina - someone who went above and beyond and really helped us with what both my fiancé and I wanted. Initially we went to look for only my fiancé but Nina identified our taste very quickly and showed us some outstanding piece of jewellery and helped us with any questions or doubt we had. Before we knew it we both were able to walk away extremely happy with our forever rings. I highly recommend Nina and would like to thank her very much for all her help and support during the process.
I dealt with Nina from Sona Sansaar yesterday and she was very courteous and professional. We have purchased jewellery at Sonar Sansaar a few times previously and I can thoroughly recommend the beautiful pieces they have to offer. Diamonds come with valuation certificates so you can be confident with your purchase. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you Nina for your patience and professionlism.
We took our 2.5yr old daughter in this morning to get her ears pierced. Nina was so wonderful, she spoke directly to Clara and explained in a clam and clear manner what happening at each step. If you have any concerns call in advance to make sure there are two people rostered on who can do both ears at once. Today it was only Nina so one ear at a time, but even so, it went very smoothly.
The best Indian jewellery store in New Zealand. Nina has the best service, she makes you feel welcome and listens to your requirements. Highly recommended!!
