So I went in to get my brand new 22nd birthday present resized. It's a beautiful sterling silver tree of life ring. When it came back it snapped in a week. I took it back and after debating the fact that I was not going to pay for it they sent it back for repair. It came back rather mis shaped. It was bent and uneven. I again went in to get it sent away. It came back and yet again was misformed. For the third time I went back and got it sent for repair. I received it back and now I notice because of all this "repair" work the detail in the ring has melted away. I will be going in tonight to demand payment for my ring which they have broken. I can't go into their store and brake stuff without paying for it so why should they be aloud to break customers property. Do not go here. Extremely bad results 3 times in a row
