We go here anytime there is something going on with our GSP currently just over 1.5yrs old. We've been taking our boy here since his first shots. The Drs are great. They are pragmatic, straight-forward, and the pricing is fair. Even after moving a bit farther away we still make the drive because its a great place. I highly recommend this vet.
Fantastic service - our two dogs have seen both vets and had only positive experiences - really recommend! I feel 100% comfortable entrusting Shane and Gerard with our two dogs’ health and well-being. Also recommend them for human “well being” being very adept at dealing with highly strung pet owners freaking out over nothing me, patiently reassuring and informing me about any perceived crisis’. Thank you!!
Fabulous caring vets at this clinic. They take the time to explain your pet's condition and how to best care for them at home. Have been coming here for over 20 years and have always received excellent and practical care.
Really disappointed by my trip to this vets. I came here upon multiple recommendations and was met by arrogance and told to consider euthanasia for my dog who has a few acute anxiety troubles before we had even had chance to give any context. I left feeling like her problems were trivialised and mocked. If your pet has physical ailments I'm sure these are a good vets but don't expect much empathy. Personally I won't be bringing my dog here again, but do appreciate being fit in at short notice for our appointment.
You would never find a kinder pet loving vet. They loved looking after our beautiful dog right up to when we lost her . The love and emotion shown to our Sasha and to us is beyond words .
Gerard and Shane are wonderful vets - knowledgeable, professional and always caring and compassionate. They have been our vets for 12 years and have gone above and beyond in their care for our fur babies. Dr Gerard personally called the day after an appointment to check how our kitty was doing. Outstanding service beyond all expectations and we are so very grateful to have them!
After being quoted an exorbitant price at a different nearby practice for some dog dental work I made an appointment at Glen Iris Upper Vet. I found both vets I dealt with to be extremely practical and knowledgeable and my dog had her dental completed for less than half the quoted price elsewhere. Fantastic after care was provided and I’ll definitely be a regular client
