Dont post things often but when i do, the Glen Innes staff are always professional & friendly. They do their job well & are quick with their service. Always a pleasant visit & they make sure to post your parcels correctly as well. Very trusting store. Also had great Covid Safety measure in place during Alert Lvl2.
Two staff members were super helpful and patient with me. The store was well stocked with bags and boxes. Short wait time. Thank you!!
Sometimes they close early and most of the staff are not friendly and helpful.

Above and beyond to rectify an error made by Australia Post where a parcel bound for the Northern territory ended up in Auckland NZ. Thankyou for your Professional & friendly service. Outstanding.
Remarkable bad service as a delivery company, these people can't even follow simple instructions They will deliver only when you are at work and even when you tell them that you WAIVE THE SIGNATURE, you still come home to a card in your door and have to go and pick up and do their job for them, what am I actually paying for here??? I think a company like this never would survive without governmental subsidies... Minus five stars...
I always has bad experience at this branch. Staff specially one lady is so rude. They refused to make western union transaction just because, my gf wanted first to send money but we changed to my account. So impolite behaviour.
Lovely lady helped me the other day!! My package came either 24 hours of me redirecting it and she even called to double check id gotten it, customer service On point
It was like a shoe box but it was okay staff still friendly with a smile to go with.
Easy to pay bills, friendly staff.
