Skye at Gladstone Betta is amazing. She handled all my questions regarding a new fridge we needed, with grace and patience. All of our interactions were over the phone and email but she knew what we wanted and managed to have our fridge arrive from Brisbane and delivered to our door before time. Communication all the way with no stress whatsoever. Absolutely love the new addition. Thanks Skye
Staff in store were excellent but dont waste your time and money on delivery. We ended up having to hiring a moving trolley ourselves since the delivery boys were forceful and arrogant because they came barreling up the front stairs with the fridge despite instructions stating use backdoor stairs and wouldnt take it back downstairs. We signed a waiver stating we consented to the possibility of flooring and walls being scratched but until we reached out to management over them dinting our fridge it would turn out the waiver also conveniently includes damage to the product which they refused to take accountability for.
The team at Betta Electrical Gladstone were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Their customer service was seamless from start to finish with clear, responsive communication and a genuine willingness to help.nnWhat really stood out was the care they showed in making sure my order arrived in time for my son’s birthday. They went out of their way to arrange delivery to Calliope free of charge, which was incredibly appreciated and made the whole experience stress free.nnIt’s clear they take real pride in supporting their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Betta Electrical Gladstone to anyone looking for friendly, professional service from a team that truly goes above and beyond. I'll certainly be back!
If I could give them 0 stars I would.nnMy mother bought a $700 dishwasher from Betta and it turns out when we unboxed it, it was broken and when we called them up they said they couldn’t give us a new dishwasher for 3 whole months, 1/4 of a year.nnAbsolutely the worst customer service of all time, shop at Harvey Norman if you value your money.
Could not make it to the shop, but had a great young fellow look after me and my phone enquires.nI was going to wait till I could make it to the store but I felt comfortable with the facts presented to me and felt confident with the sales process, as I am merchant by trade I was happy with my purchase.nThank you.nBest Wishes Team.
