I needed to replace the clutch on my MN Mitsubishi Triton. It was in the early stages of failing. Starting to shudder and very minor slipping under extreme load. I gave her Jadethe part number I was chasing and she checked it was indeed correct and compatible with my vehicle. Unfortunately it was not in stock and unavailable but Jade was extremely helpful in locating the correct part. Confirming stock available and ETA. She listen to my needs and cross referenced other options to get me the best possible price while still meeting my requirements. Her polite nature and customer focus thrown in with some humour, made my shopping experience at this store excellent.

Was referring to battery on sale rang Thursday night before closing was told 2 batterys for my car just needed sizing has 2 off each in stock . Confirmed 40 month warranty on battery correct. Came in  female sort off serviced me big hassle to her. Showed me battery 30 month warranty I said. Was quoted $132  shows me $189. Or can sell you a more costly battery $220 Mate  was said then. We are sold out Mate firstly I am not your Mate 2ndly there was 4 up till a few hours ago now there is none . Staff was rude you don't call customer Mate. Unhelpful uninterested unsatisfied. Will talk to Manager next time. Seems he cares more.  Friday 28/10/22

Asked for 10 litre HPR10 penrite oil, young lady said didn't have any. 3 containers sitting on the floor, but she insisted she didn't have any, when looking on computer.

Everything you could ever need auto. Very helpful staff, plenty of parking. They have the "Bowden" range of auto care product which are awesome. Great on fibreglass & keeps our rig like new. Dirt washers/slides off in a single hose. Totally stick finish. Brilliant & saves us a lot of cleaning time. Purchased a quality car cover that doesn't scratch duco & is silver reflective for sun protection.

Went in to buy stereo for car. Got  served by Azure and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks heaps for your help.
