I have had a number of bad experiences with Bob Jane and each time I have tried to work it through with them the manager/owner tried to put it back on me he never acknowledged that they made a mistake. But the experience that has stopped me from going back was finding that all 6 wheel nuts on the back left and front right hand side were left loos. When I call them to talk about it I was told that the manager/owner needed to talk to me about it and he never called me back. So I am now taking my car to Ocean Tyres to see if they are any better. I don’t think they can be any worse.

Had 2 new tyres fitted here last week on my Ford Laser KH and was extremely happy with the product and the service. Good prices for good tyres. Even had a great chat with the new guy behind the desk. Will be returning in the future! 10/10

Went to a local mechanic who told me all my tyres needed replacing etc, went and seen bob jane and within 15 minutes I was sent off with the right parts to put my mag tyre back on. Thank you so much!! I thought I was doomed.
