Delighted with my experience of Andersons Auto City based on the recent purchase of an MG4 from them. Wow ! How rude customer service is appalling, my wife has had her car serviced before with Andersons , how ever on this occasion of booking a service . I was told there was no capped price servicing on her vehicle ,I was shut down and hung up on . beingna salesman of MG when they first arrived in Australia. They had capped 7 years capped price servicing from day 1! Only to be told NO capped Price servicing. Have a look at the facts before price gouging .nI will not be returning for future servicing. .
