Delighted with my experience of Andersons Auto City based on the recent purchase of an MG4 from them. Particular thanks to Josh and Kelly for moving this forward efficiently as the process involved also a couple of trades and for ‘going the extra mile’ on a couple of occasions. Wow ! How rude customer service is appalling, my wife has had her car serviced before with Andersons , how ever on this occasion of booking a service . I was told there was no capped price servicing on her vehicle ,I was shut down and hung up on . beingna salesman of MG when they first arrived in Australia. They had capped 7 years capped price servicing from day 1! Only to be told NO capped Price servicing. Have a look at the facts before price gouging .nI will not be returning for future servicing. .
