While the face-to-face customer service I experienced with Andersons was fine, the actual mechanic work done to my car was not. I had a service done at Andersons about a year ago and at the time had to take the car back twice to have them fix minor faults that they had caused during service and repairs. I thought all was well since then.... but come my next service a year down the road i've had it done elsewhere due to moving cities and have come to find out that the sump plug was not sealed and oil has been slowly leaking for a year, causing a huge build up of oil and grease. Lucky the new mechanic picked up on this and was able to fix the issue before further damage was done.
Avoid this place, had 4 new tyres done on my car, upon booking the job, I asked if a wheel alignment would be done as it is four tyres after all, she replied "yes offcause" after picking my car up we noticed the steering on our prado shaking violently when driving high speeds, took the car back, although they were happy to look at it again the ladies were very unpleasant to deal with, I was reluctant to have them look over this issue and informed them I will see someone else to check over If balancing was done correctly, and get my wheel alignment done that was requested, poor poor service will not recommend...
The service from Wayne was refreshing after looking through multiple car yards and dealing with very pushy sales people. The whole process was quick and easy and they made sure we could pick our car up before the weekend. Wayne also followed up with a call a few days later to ask how the car was. Highly recommend!
We own a small business and have purchased all 3 cars from Anderson’s. Have always had an amazing service, this week we had exceptional service, our main vehicle for work had issues and we couldn’t drive to our event, the service team could see the stress we were under, unpacked our van and put our items into their van for us to get to our event and we had a happy bride. Thank you so much words can not describe how amazing this team was. Highly recommend the whole business of Anderson’s from Sales to Service.

The Mazda team including Brenda and Amy went above and beyond for us. Our Mazda 6 was a long way out of warranty but Brenda went into bat for us and Mazda were outstanding in their timely response to our problem. Goes to show that getting all your services done at the place of purchase pays off. Thank you Mazda team. We appreciate your friendly and dedicated service.
We bought a new Mitsubishi from here. Sales staff were good, no high pressure tactics. They gave us a good price on our trade in, too.
Bought a new car from Andersons Auto city, received a great trade in price for my old vehicle. I can honestly say l have never received better service. Harrison was my salesman and a nicer more knowledgeable guy you could never meet. Also had dealings with Cherelle the dealer principles wife. Nothing was too much trouble for either to answer my many many questions. Lovely people doing a job they clearly love.
I just bought my new car from Andersen's in July. I could not fault the level of service that I have experienced from them from the sales team, particularly Harrison to the service team. The provided me with a lift to the car yard on my initial visit to test drive the car and to work for my first service and have washed and detailed the car on every visit. I would recommend Andersen's Auto City to anybody considering a new car purchase.
Anderson car sales have some beautiful car for sale i can't afford to by a new car being on a pension .
