Best customer service called to see if anyone available to look into my car for issues it took half an hr for them to call me back to bring in my car for inspection. These so called "mechanics" are a joke. They've taken advantage of my friend too many times and don't thoroughly check over anything. My 1 yr old great nephew could fix a car better than these m*r*ns. I kept telling my friend to avoid these "mechanics" coz they're crooks and love stuffing them about and got no idea how to fix ANYTHING!. Maybe working in a tuckshop lady is more their style, coz they certainly can't handle a basic engine, but my friend unfortunately kept returning but not anymore. I'm surprised by the reviews and obviously they've gotten friends and family to write them up coz these guys are as useful as a vegetarian in a butcher shop, utterly useless. Oh and me and my friend ended up locating the problem ourselves which these m*r*ns failed to do time and time again, i was trying to stay out of it, but watching them get taken advantage of repeatedly,  i had to step in and help them out. I'd personally avoid these guys and they deserve 0 stars. Of course the owners will try and cover their tracks here and that's ok. But if you don't want to get ripped off and repeated returns here, coz they didn't sort the problem out? I'd go elsewhere. Absolutely pathetic business Gladstone M*r*n Works Mechanical should be the name.

I have been going to the team at GMW for some time now. I needed to set my 10yo car up to tow a caravan. There were a few mechanical issues that needed to be addressed. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and the work cost less than I estimated. I sourced some of my own parts  which they were happy to fit. Some of the work needed customisation which they completed professionally. I will have no issues going to them for further work as required. Very happy customer.

Just moved to the area and not knowing anyone. Being broken down on a busy road was overwhelming at the time. The warm and friendly phone manner I received was instantly calming and they were there within the time frame I was given. The service from the moment my car was towed, up until it was repaired from the team was exceptional. I really appreciate companies that seek confirmation on the price of their services before they proceed with anything and these guys do an excellent job of doing just that.  The service and friendliness I received from this company was enough to overpower any feelings of bitterness and frustration that is standard when it comes to your car needing repairs.
