Great communication through admin, even the new girl was excellent on her first day *unassisted mind you* Had side window installed glass brought myself As the window was brought second hand, had minor scratches and they did an amazing job buffing out as much as they could, giving this end result as pictured. Rain Sensor Install Went in with my rain sensor in hand that had fallen off from another company installing it incorrectly. The super helpful and friendly team took a look at it and offered to glue it back on right then and there claiming they'd done several like this before and understand my issue. The friendly chap who did it, was careful and quick and didn't charge me for this service when I asked how much I owed them. Would happily spend money there in the future if I need other windscreen/autoglass work done.Service: Installation
Amazing service! We encountered a cracked screen on a trip to Gladstone for a football carnival. Danielle and the Team organised a replacement by the next morning. During installation dropped us to the local shops to kill time and picked us up when completed. I can not rave enough of how professional and courteous this business is. I had to replace my rear window on my car. I called O'Brien first and not only was I subjected to the press 1 conversation instead of a real person but they also quoted nearly twice as much as Pronto and said it was going to take a lot longer. Do yourself and the local community a favour. Go with Pronto, a family run business that offers a better deal than the big corporations. The team at Pronto are friendly, professional, quick and affordable. I can not fault them at all. I would definitely recommend Pronto Autoglass to customers requiring service.
Brilliant prompt service and no hassles
Got Quoted over $850 to replace our back window then called Pronto Auto Glass and with great service got a free temp screen until they can fit our window for under $400. Can't get a better Group of people! But, I wrote this review before they installed our glass. It was poorly fitted and still to this day won't close properly. Didn't remove their "temporary" window from the side of the car properly. The temp window is a giant piece of sticky plastic they stick to your car and cut around where the window goes and leaves the plastic on the car. But I guess that's what you get for the cheaper option....
Great experience from the guys at pronto autoglass. Apart from having a yarn the job didn't take long at all. The price of the front windscreen was definitely a fair price
Very professional, great price, spotless workmanship. I'm very pleased by these guys, I couldn't recommend them more.
