I went here for help for technology as i am 70 years old and i have never seen so much disrespect towards and elderly person. Harvey Norman employees should be fired as they also have scammed me as i have asked my grandson to search up the product as it wasn't available to work. all i wanted was a new iphone thing  for my handsome grandson of mine.

Today I visited Harvey Norman and met a sales consultant named Tash. She greeted me with a professional attitude, understood my requirements, explained CareCover insurance clearly, and provided full attention throughout the interaction. Her product knowledge and communication were strong and her service influenced my decision to purchase a couch even though I only came to check Black Friday prices. I am fully satisfied with her support and rate her performance 5 out of 5.

We just had a great shopping experience with 2 of the departments at Harvey's today. First was Jaime in the computer department with great product knowledge and service. In particular was the service from Brendan in the electrical department. My daughter was buying herself a hairdryer and he went above and beyond with his service and gave her a great price.

Nothing i needed was in stock. The electronic accessories wall is all empty hooks with a peppering of some stock. Same with mobile accessories. Every single thing I needed was an empty hook. People try to shop locally to support local businesses. It's no wonder everyone shops online now!! They've given up on local availability.

It's alright.nnThere's a guy named Mitch in electrical. WHAT A LEGEND! ABSOLUTE STUD! Love that guy. He's great. Truly the best there is. Way better than all the others. I've spent over $90 with him through the last few years, not a single complaint.
