Have bought a couple of gadgets here in the past 2-3 years being a visitor here. The store has a wide range of products. I guess they are short of staff. But the guys over there are friendly and helpful. If you don’t know what exactly you are looking for, talk to the guys and rest assured you will make your best buy.

Great staff except for the grumpy arrogant older lady at the electrical section cashier. She needs an attitude change for sure! Otherwise, they do pretty good here

Great deals on till the 21st Jan 2018. But always ask if they can do a deal for you because you never know. Friendly service and nice and air conditioned inside. Heaps of parking available.

Have walked out of the Gladstone store twice in the last two months. 

Staff members in the first instance standing around having a laugh and chat, even made eye contact with me without assistance in the electrical area. Without as much as a hello, I walked out and shopped online instead. 

The second instance, waited half an hour before leaving without assistance in the bedding area. I would not have minded waiting had I been served prior to the two lots of customers who arrived after me and were served. 

My feedback would be that people are atleast cross trained within the store so that they can assist rather than having only two people trained in one area whilst five others sit around without anything to do. 

I have been a regular customer over the last few years and spent considerable money within this store. It's disappointing my last two (and final) experiences at this store were so poor. 

I'm happy to report another local furniture  company had amazing service and will be receiving my business now and in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff in this store. Definitely one of the better Harvey Norman outlets I have been too.
