My elderly parent's car broke down whilst caravanning and were towed by RACV here. Problem was simply two heater hoses listed on the invoice as costing $30 however the total bill was over $500+ When I rang the owner, Paul, to clarify the bill on behalf of my parents he hung up on me. Go elsewhere.
