Ordered twice this weekend. Marinara pizza was delicious on Friday. Today I had the Chicken Caesar salad and Pollo Funghi pasta. Both were superb. Highly recommended.
Drove over from Sunbury tonight to try out a new pizza shop - OMG delicious !!!nDef worth the 20 min trip over , ordered a Sujak pizza - absolutely delicious , partner and daughter had the Aussie pizza and it was also really nicennGood amount of topping - and actual chunks of bacon not skimpy little pieces nPizza base was really nice - not oily at allnnOrdered over the phone - easily - lady taking the order seemed very bubbly and then cashier when I picked up was also very friendlynnDef will be coming back , so much more on the menu we need to trynnKeep up the great work guys
Best pizza in Melton, hands down. Always cooked to perfection, crispy crust, perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Some say the prices are high, I say you get what you pay for, and the sizes are good value. Lots of variety available, sure to please anyone. You've tried the rest now try the best.
Disappointing Experience - Soggy and Burnt PizzanI recently visited this pizza place, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The main issue was the quality of the pizza we received. It was both soggy and burnt, which made it completely inedible.nnTo make matters worse, when we brought this to the owner's attention, instead of offering an apology or a replacement, we were met with argumentation. The owner claimed that we had requested a different sauce on the base, which seemed to be their justification for the poor quality of the pizza.nnCustomer service is a crucial aspect of any dining experience, and I was quite disappointed by the lack of professionalism and willingness to address our concerns. In such situations, a simple apology or a replacement would have gone a long way in rectifying the situation.nnRegrettably, we had no choice but to leave the pizza on the counter and walk away, as it was simply not fit for consumption. We have ordered this in past and never had a problem.n2. Clearly too much sauce was poured on the base and requested a bbq sauce on top after you cook it. But here it was on top before you cook it. So it released water when you cook a bbq sauce.n3. If you have checked a video you may noticed three people sharing all these pizzas. So one slice each tried and struggled to finish it.when we picked first slice straight away call your staff and notify about quality of product And she told us it’s too hot at the moment let it cool a bit. Tried one slice each and then decided to talk to the girl at the counter.n4. Yes we ordered two more pizzas 1 chicken pizza and 1 more vegetarian with same sauce combination we are talking about. Other pizzas cooked perfectly and I won’t be complaining about something without any reason.n5. I know these day businesses are struggling due to rising costs so as your customer as well due to rising living cost. If someone spending a money on something should get quality product.n6. I have worked as pizza chef for 4 years and I know customer alter their orders all the time but if you feel this will ruin finished product you should make it clear to customer when they ordered.as I mentioned this is not first time we made this request so blaming customer for alter a product is not great way of handling customer feedback.n7. Came down to Arnold creek to visit someone and they took me for a pizza and I have to say that they were the best pizzas I have tasted in a long time great people fast service can sit in an eat and the staff are so friendly, I have been back several times and always the same excellent and I highly recommend visiting.
