I ordered 2 fillets and a happy meal and spicy chicken wrap. The food was cold, put the fries through the air fryer to warm up. The wrap was cold and fully stuck to the paper. The burgers were cold too. The girl at the window looked sour like she didn’t want to be there.nThis is not the first time and I won’t be going back, money down the drain!
Waited 5 minutes at the speak box at drive thru finally my order was taken .nnMoved on to the second window were I had to wait another 2 minutes for someone to take my money . Mind you there was no one waiting in front or behind me . Move onto window three and get sent to the waiting bay for an ice coffee !!nn10 minutes later running extremely late might I add I finally receive a half filled coffee that looks like this !nnStop hiring children who don’t know how to deliver good service or products absolutely disgusting .
Melton West was absolutely discusting, The whole restaurant was putrid. Bin's were full and overflowing with rubbish, Rubbish everywhere. The Toilets well l even went into the men's to see if they were better than the women's but oh no. I actually cannot believe what l seen tonight. I told the manager, she didn't have much to say other than she had sent 2 people out to clean. Waited for our sundae , 10 minutes later after l asked they said the ice cream machine was broken.
Condition of happy meal wrap is not good and when ask for staff saying its normal. Seems like implying ignore the paper and give to child as this is normal… seriously??? Feels like judged by the skin color .. show some respect to your work.. totally get it its hard non rewarding work.. but staffs / she needs to work on her manners. worthless Mecca experience… Hope no one has this experience.. will never come back
I ordered Hot Honey McSpicy meal in this morning. The girl gave me my order with the bad attitude as she want to threw the burger to my face. When I opened my meal, the burger cold like they take it out straight from the fridge. I took it back to their counter and complain. after that, they warm it up with microwave, put more mayonnaise sauce and gave it back to me. the burger and the fried chicken inside soggy with the mayonnaise. I put it in the bin immediately after my first bite. It taste like a rubbish food. It’s watse my money. If I knew that I waste the money for kind of rubbish food, I go to buy Vietnamese Banh Mi. It’s cheaper and fresh at least. Because, this Mcdonald is near my house and I have eaten so many times in here. I didn’t have this experience before. I will never come back, it is the last time that I have eaten here.
