The WORST service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, inept workers. Refused to give me my order or my refund, refused to answer my query. Straight up RUDE for no given reason. Will NEVER order from this establishment ever again in my life.

Disgusting, pulled the very first piece of the Hershey's cookie and found literally a clump full of hair in my mouth, the moment nearly consisted of me projectile vomiting over the coffee table. Calling through and being directed through proper procedure by Pizza hut the response was underwhelming and inconsiderate. If this isn't enough to stop you from buying here the cookie itself had the stability of pudding pulling it from the rest an absolute pile of mush. Congratulations Pizza Hut Melton 0/10 food heath standards and you managed to produce a cookie that is beyond imagination of what I would consider a failed attempt at a cookie. I can't decide on what I find the most disturbing of all this treatment of the customer, lack of safety food handling services or the fact they managed to fail in creating a simple automated cookie. TRAIN THE STAFF YOU EMPLOY PIZZA HUT!

We ordered pizza for delivery. Order was placed at 8:30PM and arrived at my house at 10:30PM. The guys on the phone kept telling me "Order is on it's way" every time I called, which was 3 times and they screened all calls after that and didn't pick up. I only got through the last time because I pretended to be ordering another pizza. We paid $60 for our order, and the order came 2 hours late and was stone cold. We were promised our money back by the store person on the phone and did not get our money back at all. This is a disgrace do not order from them. We were fairly regular customers and every single time we ordered there was always something wrong with the order. They gave us the wrong pizzas, sometimes they came to our house flat because the driver put something on top of it, other times they forgot our drink and these are minor issues that aren't that bad but when they happen every single time, and the last thing happening too.. well I just think this is a business run by people who just don't care about their customers once the money has been taken. Do yourself a favor and go with one of the other businesses in the area.
