German Service Shop

After constantly being ripped off by car people over the years (paying lots only to find issues unresolved), it is SUCH a breathe of fresh air to feel at ease that German Service Shop just wants to do a good job and make customers happy!! Knowing that they have the right values and know their stuff makes me want to only trust them with our Mini Cooper. The price is reasonable, and they even inspected my car today as part of our customership to ensure I would have a safe drive from Melbourne to Sydney. They did a proper technical checkup with a report on every little thing to keep an eye on and on the way gave our door a little oil for squeakiness. They do what they do oit of passion and professionalism. Love these guys and they deserve all the business as possible!!!

After talking to Brad, we had peace of mind knowing that our Mini would be expertly looked after by his specialised team of technicians at the German Service Shop and at the end, we were not disappointed! These guys have the knowledge and expertise in servicing and maintaining European cars, not to mention the latest equipment and an exceptionally clean and well-presented shop. It was evident from our initial reception that they value their customers and aim to ensure a more than satisfactory service experience. We recently had our mini undergo quite extensive repairs which included a total clutch replacement. We were impressed by Brad’s communication to keep us updated with the progress and taking the time and patience to answer any questions or concerns that we had. It was also reassuring to know that only the highest quality genuine or OEM parts were used and as promised, the repairs were completed and we were back on the road after three days! Brad, thank you and to all your team for your honesty and for looking after us. Your willingness to go that “extra mile” was greatly appreciated and we have every confidence in the works completed by you and your team. We must say, it has taken us quite a considerable time to find a service center with a team of technicians that we can trust and who genuinely care, not only about the level work done on their cars but more importantly, about their customers. We will highly recommend the German Service Shop to our friends and definitely be back again for all our future services. 02/2018

Just picked up my wife’s BMW 118i from Brad and his team at German Service Shop and could not be happier. Having brought the car to them from another so called “BMW specialist”, I was impressed with the how professional Brad, Sven and the team have been. I was always contacted with an update of the car, explained what needed to be done before they proceeded. Would recommend GSS to anyone, and will more likely be taking my car there too. Amazing customer service and extremely satisfied with the work they’ve done at a great price! Very happy with brad’s team pick up and drop off service. Will be taking my bmw 118 back for every service from now on!
