Definitly the worst mechanic I‘ve ever seen in my life. I left my car there so they could fix some small things, but after two days they called us that they couldn‘t fix anything. Now the car isn‘t even starting anymore and they said we should go somewere else. They made it much worse as it was at the beginning. If you want a good mechanic to fix even the smallest problems definitly go somewere else.

Have taken my car in a number of times to these guys and they are bloody fantastic. Mark explains everything clearly and will give you an itemized quote before working on the car - you can pick what you want fixed now and what you want fixed later. Great to have finally found a good mechanic - will continue to use for as long as I stay in Melbourne.

Very good service with excellent communication. Called to quote the job before any action was taken and completed work promptly. Two times I brought my car in in the morning and was able to drive it home by the afternoon. Was a bit nerve racking having to go to a mechanic without any idea what the problem was but the staff stepped through the details and gave a good, fair itemization for the work that was done. Will be a return customer.

Stay far away from this shop. Last time I went there I asked for my steering fluid to be fully flushed and replaced, when I received the car it was clear all they did was put more fluid in the reservoir, rather than emptying and refilling it, which caused it to overflow. They also used the wrong oil in my car and it's now created a noise on cold starts until the oil warms up. In addition to that, they tightened oil drain plug so tight that its become physically impossible to unscrew it - I BROKE a wrench trying. This shop seems to have very good reviews, but I can't recommend them based on my experience. IF YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF WORK STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP EDIT as a response has been made by the owner. Mark, I don't think what happened on the day my car was in your shop is what actually happened. The power steering fluid was not flushed. It was black and burnt when I brought the car in, and it was black and burnt when I received the car back, albeit with more fluid in there. It is 100% clear that the fluid was not flushed and replaced, it was merely topped up (over max). Had it been fully flushed and replaced, it would have been a new, healthy colour. I don't believe the oil drain plug was tightened to 28nm. If it was, I would have been able to untighten it by hand. 28nm would NOT have twisted and broken a wrench, 3 grown men all had a shot at this plug and none of them were unable to even get it to budge - that is NOT 28nm. The oil used was 5w-40, my service manual states that 5w-30 is required by my car. Again, your facts and figures are quoted correctly, but what actually happened on the day in your shop was much, much different.
