I cannot recommed Ace Mechanics highly enough! Five stars is just not enough! I stumbled across Ace Mechanics last Sunday as I searched the net for a mobile mechanic. Their website drew me in, as they serviced all areas...so I contacted them online and provided details of our vehicle. To my surprise we received a response from "Julie", via email, almost immediately which was totally unexpected for a Sunday! Julie then provided us with a quote, which was reasonable...so we accepted the quote and booked in the service for today at 8.00am. "Adrian" arrived a little early and after a quick chat with my husband to discuss a few issues, he began work. Adrian was professional, knowledgeable, honest, courteous and thorough. When he completed the work, he returned the broken/worn parts to us, to confirm exactly what the issues were. No mechanic has ever returned the broken/worn parts to us before. For us personally, we received an unprecedented level of service from both Julie and Adrian...and we have booked in our second car for a service next week. The service was first class. I received a call within 30 minutes of booking to take more details and got the opportunity to get same day service. Jeff called to let me know when he was coming and said when to expect him. He was friendly, efficient and informative about what he was doing. He correctly diagnosed the issue and was done in 1 hour. Dylan turned up promptly at the agreed time. He had read through the vehicle notes I had left when making the booking and was very quick to diagnose an alternator fault. He quickly replaced the alternator and battery and explained all repairs to me. The cost of repairs was very reasonable, I would not hesitate having Dylan do further repair work for our family's vehicles. Thanks Dylan!Services: Battery
Liam was absolutely amazing! It started drizzling when he came by to fix my car, and it didn’t even stop him from giving an A class service! He was very efficient, went the extra mile to even clean my car exterior, was very open about the price and made me feel comfortable choosing the service that was right for me. Had James from Ace Mechanics come to my home address to diagnose an issue I was having with my car. It was urgent because I had a road worthy check booked in the next day. He identified the problems within minutes and fixed it just as fast. He was polite and professional. Price was also very reasonable!Service: Auto engine diagnostic
When I first called Ace Mechanics, Scott was super friendly and helpful in sorting out which service I required and booking it in promptly. Yesterday Roy came out to fix my car. He was very polite and I appreciate that he was able to diagnose the issue quickly, then source the part required and return and fix it all in the one day!
I had such an amazing experience with Dylan, the Ace Mobile mechanic at Geelong! I can not recommend him enough. His depth of experience is evidenced in his correctly diagnosing the problem in less than 1 minute of arriving. Then resolved my car problem and got the engine running in a short amount of time. He clearly explained and articulated the problems with my car and what work was needed, followed by detailed invoice. I will most definitely be using his service on an ongoing service. Thanks so much, Dylan for your amazing 5 star service!
Liam was polite, professional and offered advice that was helpful. He also polished my very worn headlights to make them look like new! He changed both my front lower control arms and front sway bar links. Will continue to use him ongoing for my car service.Services: Transmission
