My parents and I have been shopping, for jewellery and jewellery repairs, with Géorgies for a number of years. They are always lovely a day helpful. A good place for gifts and Pandora.

My wife and I were visiting from Sydney and my wife saw a necklace in the window she liked.  The service we received from Debbie was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to show us different pieces and helped my wife try them on several times.  We ended up with earrings to match as well.  Great service and lovely jewellery.  Will definitely stop in next time we visit Batemans Bay.

NEVER GOING BACK RUDE !!!!!  I went into Georgies fine jewellers today at 2:00 PM to get a Pandora bead for my sister for her birthday 
As I walked into the store there were four ladies three at the counter and one working and re-organising the jewellery at the Pandora section.
 I walked around the store and went up to the counter and not one of the three ladies at the counter said hello to me they just put the heads up with the noise high and treated me like I was not a  customer the lady that was at the Pandora section said hi so how can I help you today as I walked over  I said yes thank you I'm after a Rosegold bead for my sister for her birthday she gave me options and help me up choosing her name was Natane.
She was very professional with her job and was very happy and very well mannered and had very good customer service as I picked the bead she said that she would put it in a box and wrap it for me I said thank you. As she was doing so I was browsing the shop and the three other ladies that were standing at the counter still did not even ask me any questions or anything and as I was walking around looking one of the ladies walked out from behind the counter and put something in the cabinet and she walked into me she plane bluntly walked into me I said sorry but I knew it wasn't my fault she said nothing and just walked behind the counter stuck her head up like she was really really really rude.
 Then the lovely lady that sold me the Pandora bead  siad it's ready for you you can pay for it I said thank you I hope you have a lovely day and then I asked her about my earring  that I have I said can I get it valued she said yes you'll have to do it on a Monday when Georgie here you can either get it verbally certified or they can do a certificate certification I said thank i will come back Monday but I will not be shopping at Georges fine jewellery ever again I buy a lot of jewelry and I buy a lot of expensive jewellery but I will never be buying jewellery from here again and coming from someone that has a business in the local area it's not good to have some people working with bad customer service word gets around

Unprofessional and completely incompetent. Avoid.
Do not take your beautiful jewellery to Georgies, it will never be the same again, sadly not in a good way. 
No attention to detail or care taken. Re-size 3 wedding rings, weld 2 together and Rhodium plate them. The re-sizing is poor, they only stretched and thinned the rings instead of re-sizing properly, despite charging for a quality job. Misaligned the welded rings and welded all 3 together. Rhodium plating is poor and when they were finally given back for the 5th time they were given back covered in 'grease' cleaning agent, which I suppose is better than the burnt on plating on the previous attemp. Very poor quality workmanship, no care and no apologies for the numerous mistakes and the 5 attempts to do a quality job or at the very least what they were asked to do. 
Do yourself a stress free favour and take you jewellery to a quality jeweller elsewhere.
