Whatever you do never go to this jewellery shop. Had my watch in for a quote from Seiko. The quote was through Prouds Jeweller's $312. However on contacting Seiko service centre it was $208.

Certain staff need reminding what customer service actually means - it’s your job to bring products to the counter if help is needed, not tell an elderly customer to go and find it themselves so you don’t have to move
