The staff were very friendly and helpful but not very efficient. Some of the food was excellent but some not so much. The entree was excellent, we all had the same seafood platter but the mains were variable. The lobster was excellent but the pasta was very bland. The risotto just had way too much garlic in it and was overpowering. The steak was cooked perfectly but it was tough and full of gristle. The accompanying mash was cold. After the entree was cleared they brought the mains but forgot to renew the cutlery. We thought that they would bring back something to eat our meal with but we gave up in the end. When we asked for something to crack the legs of the lobster they didn't have anything to do the job. Finally we ordered some coffee but the order never got through and eventually we gave up and asked what was happening with our order. What order? If you join the club there is a significant discount that made the tariff very reasonable. That combined with the unsurpassed view made it worthwhile. Probably won't go back though.
Excellent club both dining and outlook. Sitting at a large table with old mates having a lunchtime meal looking out onto the water views. I had the fish and chips. I can honestly say it was the best fish and chips I think I have ever remember. Very, very crispy batter and moist and fresh tasting fish within. I have been going there since the 1960's and it just gets better. Sunday lunch is an excellent venue.

Pretty good. Food was great, service was exceptional, the waitress was very friendly and had a sense of humour and gave good advice. Some patrons were a bit loud, other than that top stuff.
I rate this as one of the best clubs I’ve been to. Food is huge and delicious like your Nan dropped a Xanax before she started cooking Christmas Lunch, the staff are lovely and helpful, club is clean and modern, bathrooms are spotless, reception lady is delightful and the view is to die for! Also parking is a piece of cake and you can drop oldies off right at the front door then park. There’s even a lift for people not so mobile! I can’t promise the menu won’t have changed by the time you visit though.
Packed out today. Lovely club, outlook and staff. Service fine but food very overpriced for what we received. A wooden stick to stir my coffee - really? Would not eat there again.
Not a bad place. Meals were a bit pricey for what you get. We ordered the chicken schnitzel and the bangers and mash. The chicken was a bit dry so it’s a good thing to get gravy. The bangers were a bit hard, but I did like the pumpkin and potato mash.
Great venue! Shame about the food it certainly doesn't match. Although tender, the steak was dry, the salad was below average and the dry, shriveled crinkle cut chips, I mean who serves crinkle cut chips for adults?... and the pizza base was one of those awful plasticky pre-made bases and we won't even mention the disgraceful toping. The two stars are for the venue
Great views and drinks, now better since club central is the operator. We ate at the reataurant a week later, great service and food, compared to others locally.
Great club to spend the afternoon with friends. I had dinner last Saturday 14th Nov I had grilled chicken with veggies and beef burger. The prices are reasonable and the service ok. I didn't like the closed off verandah and the door that take u to the verandah. Hopefully this is gonna be fixed and remove the ply wood on the floor. It is hard to find parking so get there early.
