This is a great little pizzeria in Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast. Trendy Greek style seating in booths or tables on the marina. Numerous pizza options with 2 pasta and 2 salads. The supreme pizza we had was overflowing with ingredients and full of flavour. The base was thin and crispy. Perhaps the best part was the happy hour prices half price as per the menu I've posted. Definitely will be back.
Had lunch at George's while visiting over the New Years break. I ordered a lamb pizza and it was delicious! so much flavour and very filling, I saved half for the following day.Food: 5/5
A great pizza place. I ordered the Greek and it exceeded my expectations. Here I was thinking the lamb would be lamb mince. The lamb was hunks of lamb, cooked to perfection, so soft and moist and not a single bit of fat in sight. The pizza itself was amazing, not greasy. Wonderful flavours.Food: 5/5
Popular and casual by the water. Tucked away but very popular. No table service as you go up to the bar to order and are given a buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. You take your own drinks to the table from a selection of wine, beer, ciders, coffees and soft drinks. Service is fairly quick and the food is good. Wheelchair accessible with public washrooms and parking nearby. Great casual spot, night or day.
Similar to George's Paragon, the food was just awesome, the Greek pizza was fantastic but once again some of the staff just let it down. As a first time visitor, we weren't sure whether to just find a table ourselves or wait. You have to order at the counter and collect it yourself which is absolutely fine but when I asked where we could find plates then there was a shrug from one staff member until they realised there were none left fixed quickly though. It did just seem like we were inconveniencing them by being there.
As much as I would love to say good things about George’s Pizza I’m sorry but they would have to the worse pizza on the coast. I just wish I took a photo of our last pizza as it was vertically inedible!! The last 3 pizza we have had have been very average to say the least with the fillings less than 2star!! The last pizza which was yesterday, and it was nothing but full salt with anchovies, olives and no artichokes absolutely awful and so very unappetising! I’m sorry as much as I would love to say George’s pizza are good but they are one of the worst pizza we have eaten. PLEASE take a lesson on how to cook Italian pizza that are fresh and have real flavour!!
Love this place! A casual spin off from George's Paragon located right next door. It's absolutely gorgeous at night when all the pink fairy lights are on so would highly recommend for a date night. Pizza is consistently good and comes out in good time. This is one of our regular dinner locations and for good reason.
Went to dinner last night at this venue the food was great but the service was appalling no one knew how to smile or any ounce of customer service skills as it was my birthday all I was hoping for was a smile. The whole time we were given dirty looks and when we thanked them for clearing our table the lady was rolling her eyes at us.
Great pizzas and an even better happy hour which is from midday to 5pm everyday. Good selection of pizzas that were very tasty. We had the BBQ Chicken and the Greek pizza which were awesome
Probably the best seafood pizza I have ever had! Lovely thin, but not floppy base, lovely tomato sauce, awesome topping and looks and tastes gorgeous! Bitterly cold iced water and a nice glass of Merlot to help it down!!
