Could not be more impressed with the professionalism and respect of Jake and his team at Kelvin Grove. With their co-ordinated support by Carolyn from Perfectly Planned the Order of Service, photos and selected music all beautifully prepared and presented. Jake's excellent and caring handling of detail ensured absence of stress and his attendance on the day ensures the same person holds-the-ball start to finish which I think is critical. It was also particularly gratifying that mums prepaid service many years earlier was delivered as fully and professionally as if it had been arranged the same week. CD provided of the service was unnexpected and appreciated. Many thanks to Jake and his team!

If they don't need to appear respectful and courteous to you then they are just unfathomably rude. Would you want your last "public performance" to be conducted by such people?
