Amazing staff and atmosphere. Everything you want from a gym and i couldn't recommend it enough. Their Zone1 personal training is out of this world. So much fun that I joined straight away!

Mitch, the irresponsible staff I’ve ever seen in my life, who transferred me to his gym so quickly without telling the prior gym to deactivate my card and I have been charging on both gyms. Mitch promised me to call for me and the result is nah. If you want to transfer from one to another genesis, make sure u do everything urself and the transfer cost another 40 dollars to buy a key. I also told Mitch that my partner was not available to pick up calls on working hours but he insisted and keep calling to ask him to register to the Boxhill gym before his Christmas leave. I said maybe someone can help us do it because we cannot make it within “Mitch’s schedule”. This is the first time I felt so angry and annoying about this kind of staff who disrespect clients and being so irresponsible.

This is my first negative review for a business. Not happy with the cancellation procedure. The management won’t remind you of the cancellation penalties in advance and instead pressure you to continue, and in the process you are lost. Only when we submitted the cancellation form they reminded us of the 30-day notice period.They kept insisting that we come back on the end of our contract and discuss with them, they were simply not ready to cancel on phone. Gym is ok but poor management, needs to be improved.

The gym is so clean and accessible, great for females to work out. Plenty of the right kind of equipment and all new Ans well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful and the showers were clean. Keep up the great work
